The Residence has 151 spacious rooms and 20 suites, offering luxury and tranquillity. The rooms are subtly decorated and include full air-conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone with voice messaging, and a personal butler service. All rooms have a private terrace, patio or balcony with either a Garden View, Ocean View or Ocean Front perspective. Comfortable king size beds, living area and desk are shaded in peaceful hues and the large marble bathrooms include separate bath and shower.

The 20 luxury suites each have a private balcony, terrace or patio and king size beds. The décor is tasteful whilst luxuriant, and suites are available as Junior, Senior or Royal.
