Denis Island Overview

This small privately owned Coral island is located approximately 60 miles (30 minute flight) North of the Mahe. With its pristine white beaches, the resort huddles amongst mature casuarinas trees and coconut palms, providing guests with the ultimate in relaxation and privacy. Celebrated for its international and Creole cuisine, the island offers a variety of activities, although it is the relaxation and tranquillity that will entice most.

Denis Island Accommodation

There are only 25 guest cottages on the island, each offering seclusion and luxury. The Creole-inspired cottages are situated on the beachfront or in the tropical gardens. All feature a private sea-facing veranda and courtyard and the large interiors offer four-poster double beds, fully fitted bathroom, mini-bar, tea & coffee making facilities, and hairdryer. All cottages have a ceiling fan or air-conditioning.

The beauty and serenity of Denis Island is unsurpassed and guests can enjoy relaxing on the powdery beach, swimming in the clear waters or a gentle walk in the forest. More adventurous activities on offer include windsurfing, sailing, tennis, snorkelling and canoeing. Deep sea fishing and scuba diving are available for an additional fee.
